These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Skip the Slot (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
• One account is permitted per person.

2. Job Listings

• Listings are sourced from employers and public postings; we do our best to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee every detail.
• Applying to a job through Skip the Slot does not guarantee an interview or offer.
• We are not a party to any employment agreement between you and an employer.

3. Surveys & Rewards

• Surveys go live on a fixed schedule; rewards are given to valid, first-received responses.
• Points have no cash value outside the Platform and can only be redeemed as described in the Vouchers section.
• We reserve the right to void points earned through fraudulent or automated activity.

4. Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
